Topping-Up your eWallet Balance via iBanking Funds Transfer is a simple process.

  • Decide how much you want to add Credits (Minimum S$50)
  • Login to Personal Internet Banking which is provided from your bank, Add New Payee named "ShweCard" and then Add Our Account Details are noted below.
  • Make a deposit/funds transfer into our bank account.
  • SMS/Email your Top-Up details to 9776 7158/Contact Us using this format,
    Top-Up Amount<space>bank name<space>your initial (e.g, htun)<space>your email address (e.g, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.<--the email address that you registered with Shwe Card)
    e.g, 50 DBS htun This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Once your deposit/funds transfer has been verified, we will credit your Top-Up Amount to your Shwe Card eWallet Balance accordingly. You will receive Top-Up Acknowledgement via Email or SMS after successful Top-Up into your eWallet account.

Funds transferring from one bank to another bank is not instantaneous. It may take 24 hours or longer for funds to be successfully transferred. Please be aware of this delay. We strongly recommend to make a deposit/funds transfer to the SAME Bank.
For example,

  • If you are holding DBS/POSB Bank Savings Account, please transfer your payment amount to DBS Savings Plus.
  • If you are holding OCBC Bank Savings Account, please transfer your payment amount to OCBC Savings.
  • If you are holding UOB Bank Savings Account, please transfer your payment amount to UOB Savings.
