How can I buy phone cards if I am a new customer?

If you are a new customer, you need to register an account with us. Registration is FREE and it will only take less than 1 minute to complete the registration process. After that you will be able to purchase phone cards immediately.

Why do I have to register or create an account?

Registering your email address and mobile phone number with us is important as we will only deliver PINs to that email address. Kindly provide us VALID email address and Phone number during the registration process or when you enter billing information.

How do I receive my PIN number?

You will receive your PIN number by email. Alternatively, you may view your PIN on-screen after successful payment.

What is Shwe Card eWallet and how does it work?

Shwe Card eWallet is a Credit Base Payment (Prepaid) System where you can purchase a phone card with member price (same as bank transfer price).

How can I become Shwe Card Premium Member?

If you would like to become Shwe Card Premium Member, please Contact Us. You need to add minimum S$50 Credits into your eWallet Account.

How can I Top-up my eWallet Balance?

You can Top-up your Shwe Card eWallet Balance via Internet Banking Funds Transfer. Kindly inform us via Contact Us or via SMS (9776 7158) stating "top-up amount", "bank name and your initial" and "your email address" once your transferred money.

How do I know whether my top-up amount has been credited or not?

We will send acknowledgement email to you once your account has been credited. Alternatively, you may see your eWallet Account Balance on your right hand side of the website when you logged in.

Can I get refund my eWallet Remaining Balance upon termination?

Yes, you can. Please allow 2 business days to process your request.

Why am I seeing different prices before and after registration?

If you are a first time buyer or if you are not a Shwe Card Premium Member, you will see PayPal Price as stated when you logged in. If you are a Shwe Card Premium Member, you will see Member Price as stated.

How do I know whether I am Shwe Card Premium Member or I am PayPal Customer?

When you add minimum $50 Credits to your Shwe Card eWallet Prepaid Account, then we will upgrade you to Shwe Card Premium Member. If you are a first time buyer or if you are not a Shwe Card Premium Member, we will treat as PayPal Customer. By default, you will be a PayPal Customer after registration.

Why don't I receive my PIN after payment successful?

If you are a first time buyer, you will not receive PIN immediately especially when you purchase between 11:30pm and 9:00am. If you still don't receive the PIN during our working hours, please contact us.

Why didn't I receive my PINs number via SMS?

Unfortunately, we don't deliver PINs number via SMS. Kindly check your email for top-up card PINs details.
